Community Service

C ommunity service is a component to hold the offender accountable for their wrongful actions and the community they have wronged. Community service hours will be assigned by the referring officer, with Case Managers having an option to assign additional hours based upon initial screening. Individuals may be required to participate in Community Work Groups that will fulfill community needs such as, but not limited to: picking up trash on roadways and participating in graffiti cleanup crews.

Individuals may select an approved site from the community service site list. Service locations must be approved by the Case Manager before beginning assignment. All hours must be approved by the service location supervisor and the Case Manager.
